When you place an order, funds must be cleared in full before we can ship your item. All watches remain the property of Backhome Limited (the "Back Watch Department") until the watch has been paid for in full.

All items will be shipped in 30 days via express courier, usually either UPS or Fedex. All watches are fully insured by Parcel Pro. Parcel Pro will only insure with the aforementioned couriers, therefore it is not possible to have insured shipping using a different courier.

An adult signature is required for receipt of all packages for insurance purposes.

If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor.

Customers are responsible for all customs charges, duty or taxes in his or her respective country.
