The 42mm diameter solid three-body case and notched steel bezel are polished and brushed. The case back is secured with 8 screws, and the "Overseas" ship logo is engraved. It has screwed down round pushbuttons for the column wheel chronograph, and a screwed down winding crown. The crystal is scratch resistant sapphire. The dial is dark grey with applied luminous steel dart hour index markers and luminous steel baton hands. There is a subsidiary dial for the small seconds and phase of the moon at the 6 o'clock position, a 30-minute register and date at 3 o'clock, and a 12-hour sub dial and day of the week at 9. The a fourth subsidiary dial at 12 o'clock that displays a 48 month counter, and it's water resistant to 150 meters. It has an anti-magnetic core that's resistant to 25,000 A/m, and a 40-hour power reserve at full wind. The 13mm case, dial, and movement are all signed.

It's constructed with 37 jewels, 228 components, and a shock absorber mechanism. It has a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a micrometer regulator. The mechanism oscillates at 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
